Promoting Vendor Performance Through KPI Tracking Reports
Label Emmaüs supports nearly 200 entities from the Social and Solidarity Economy, including recycling centers, resource centers, and the La Croix Rouge network, by providing a platform to sell second-hand products through its dedicated e-shop.
To enhance merchant performance management, Label Emmaüs wanted to send comprehensive and customized KPI tracking reports to each merchant, automating the process for greater efficiency.
SOLUTION
Automating the Generation of Customized Data Reports
For this project, fifty-five's Data Hive assisted and trained Label Emmaüs in selecting and defining the KPIs to track. We then built a Looker Studio dashboard using data from the marketplace (BigQuery) and analytics data (GA4, also exported to BigQuery).
Finally, by leveraging Google Apps and the Looker Studio API, we developed a system for automatically generating customized reports for each merchant and emailing them via Google Workspace, which is used by Label Emmaüs.
RESULTS
Regular, Transparent Communication and Better KPI Visibility
Each month, the Label Emmaüs vendor team can initiate the dispatch of personalized reports for each merchant from their email accounts with just one click.
This regular communication fosters vendor commitment to the Label Emmaüs marketplace and helps them continually improve their performance through better KPI visibility.
Automating the sending of these reporting emails has also saved substantial time for the Label Emmaüs teams, allowing staff to focus on other high-value-added tasks.
